3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when engaging with our Services.
  • Avoid unauthorized use of our website, including hacking, data scraping, or disrupting functionality.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and refrain from infringing third-party rights.
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of our Services without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content on our website (logos, text, graphics, videos, etc.) is owned by Tynium Digital or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Client Materials: By submitting content (e.g., images, text) for projects, you grant Tynium Digital a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such materials to fulfill Services.

5. Limitations of Liability

Tynium Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use.
  • Errors, interruptions, or technical issues on our website.
  • Third-party actions or content linked through our Services.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up-to-date.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or actions harming our business or users.

7. Payments

All payments for Tynium Services must be made online through the official invoice link provided by us. We do not accept cash payments or any unofficial transfer methods. Specific payment terms are as follows:

  • Clients are required to pay a minimum of 50% advance before project initiation, with the remaining balance due upon completion or agreed milestones.
  • If any third-party tools, plugins, or sofTyniumar require payment, it will be the responsibility of the client to cover these costs directly using their own card or payment method.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways such as Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer (via invoice link only).
  • Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.

8. Client Behavior and Misconduct

We expect all clients to maintain respectful and professional communication with our team. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to abusive language, harassment, or unprofessional behavior, will result in immediate termination of services without refund. In severe cases, Tynium Digitals reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit, to protect our business and team members.
