7. Payments
All payments for Tynium Services must be made online through the official invoice link provided by us. We do not accept cash payments or any unofficial transfer methods. Specific payment terms are as follows:
- Clients are required to pay a minimum of 50% advance before project initiation, with the remaining balance due upon completion or agreed milestones.
- If any third-party tools, plugins, or sofTyniumar require payment, it will be the responsibility of the client to cover these costs directly using their own card or payment method.
- Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways such as Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer (via invoice link only).
- Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoices must be paid within the due date mentioned. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
8. Client Behavior and Misconduct
We expect all clients to maintain respectful and professional communication with our team. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to abusive language, harassment, or unprofessional behavior, will result in immediate termination of services without refund. In severe cases, Tynium Digitals reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit, to protect our business and team members.
